"The great news" CD by John Coffey

Finally it's done! Since it a very quiet period last year, 'John Coffey' are back with their new studio album: "The Great News"! The overwhelming passion and the vast energy, they have showed constantly on stage, have been captured on 11 new songs, which are all together full of tension, questions and inspiration.
In Summer 2014 "The Great News" was developed in collaboration with the legendary American producer Matt Goldman (The Chariot, Underoath) at the Mailmen Studios in Utrecht (Netherlands). The cooperation between Goldman, who is an expert for catching brutal live sounds on discs, and John Coffey culminates in an album trembling, creaking and screaming with energy - and simultaneously never loosing sight of the actual song.
