FAQ Delivery

For standard delivery, your package will usually be delivered within 10 working days. PLEASE NOTE - DHL ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS TO ALL ORDERS TO IRELAND. YOUR DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED DURING THIS TIME. You can check the exact status of your order under Orders in your customer account area. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.
You can check the status of your order in your Customer Account in the ‘orders’ ‘orders’ section. If you placed your order as a guest, this service is unfortunately not available. In either case you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched.
In this case, your order has probably been sent as a letter and therefore tracking is not possible. If the order has still not reached you after 14 days, please contact our Customer Service .
Unfortunately it is only possible to change the delivery or billing address for orders placed using pre-payment as a payment method. In our quick delivery process, a pre-paid order is sent directly for processing and packing after the order has been placed. For this reason, a change of address is no longer possible. We ask for your understanding.
We are happy to send your order to any address you choose. You have the possibility to state another address when you place the order. Please note that this is not possible for orders placed using purchase on account.
Delivery for unregistered users or regular members costs 4,95€.
