FAQ Customer account
You can quickly create your own personal EMP account here . To do this, you only need a valid email address. No customer account is created for a guest order.
You can change your details in the Account Settings area of your EMP account.
No problem, just click on forgotten password. Once you enter your email address, we will send you a link via email to reset your password. The link can be used for 30 minutes.
You can view all orders in the Order Overview in your personal EMP account.
You can delete your customer account in the Account Settings area of your EMP account.
