Five long years the fans of FAHNENFLUCHT had to wait for something new. Now they are finally back with new material. With their fifth studio album "Angst und Empathie" FAHNENFLUCHT again create a musical example of how anger is perfectly turned into words and the current and historical affairs again provide the substantial backbone for a total of 13 new songs. The very successful production with Matthias Lohmöller in the DocMaKlang Studio (DUESENJAEGER, ZAUNPFAHL, CHUCK RAGAN) convinces from the first to the last song. A dynamic punchy drum with driving bass and powerful melodic guitars form the foundation for the strikingly aggressive vocals. All 13 songs are catchy in the classic FAHNENFLUCHT style and simply bubble over with energy and optimism, that it is hard to sit still when listening to this album.
