Batman T-shirts

Known by several names including The Caped Crusader and The Dark Knight, Batman operates in a fictional place called Gotham City. His various sidekicks include his partner Robin and the loyal butler Alfred, who help Batman defeat an assortment of enemies - after all, he’s just a human dressed as a bat and doesn’t have any superpowers!

DC Comics first immortalised this fictional superhero on paper in 1939, but there have also been a few films over the years. Superhero merchandise is always popular and Batman T-shirts stand the test of time. Whether you want a distressed look, classic fit or off the shoulder style, at EMP you’ll find something to suit every taste.

You don’t have to be a true fan to recognise the Batman logo, which bears testament to being an icon of comic book history. The T-shirt selection at EMP includes a number of shirts with the Batman logo printed on the front - right across the chest where Batman himself wore it. The logo has changed quite a lot in its’ 80 year journey through paper and pixels - the five wing points evolved to seven and those bat ears have grown very pointy since the original comics. As well as classic batman logo t-shirts you’ll also find an ‘Icons Through Time’ printed T-shirt, which shows how the logo has changed through time.

But as well as awesome prints and high quality fabrics, the best Batman T-shirts have something else in common - they are part of the EMP sustainable merchandise range. Made from a fruit of the loom base fabric, they are manufactured to Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production Standards and also meet the human ecological requirements of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. Popular designs include a grinning joker T-shirt….so you can laugh all the way to the recycling bank.

Merchandise isn’t sustainable if you need to replace it after a couple of washes because the print has faded. All of the T-shirts available at EMP, including items in the sustainable range, have been manufactured to the highest quality so that the designs stay looking fresh for a long time.

Batman Joker T-shirts

Batman is an aristocratic hero with a double identity who fights crime in Gotham city. But you can’t be a superhero all by yourself - you need recurring villains and at least one arch enemy to battle with. No Batman t-shirt collection would be complete without merch depicting The Caped Crusaders arch nemesis: The Joker. Epitomising the insanity of this ‘clown prince of crime’ the ‘Certified insane’ and ‘laughing Joker’ T-shirts are particularly popular with fans. But with a large product range available in sizes up to XXL, you can choose how you want to honour batman or his biggest enemy, the harlequin of hate.
