Pothead know how to rock. Their ninth longplayer "Tuf luv" offers 12 terrific, Γ¬ timeless treats recorded in the Big Berries studios in Berlin. Musically it's all typical Pothead, lyrically however the band tries to be Γ¬ critical. Michael Moore-like the guys from Berlin look into current US politics Γ¬ at home. "Troop" deals with war in general and titles such as "Globetrotter" and Γ¬ "Constantinople"clearly indicate what to expect. Despite the serious background Γ¬ most of the lyrics on "Tuf luv" are a lot of fun. And the groove is simply Γ¬ unbelievable! Those who know and love Pothead also knoe exactly why. "Tuf luv" Γ¬ won't change that. A masterpiece!
