Yet, only very few bands were as skilful as Rhapsody, who after the threat of legal action of an American artist now go on under the name of Rhapsody Of Fire. Luca Turilli and Alex Staropoli take this change with ease: the new name describes even better the fire that is burning in this band, they declare, and on their new album "Triumph or agony" present an arsenal of big melodies and thrilling instrumental passages. The style of the band hasn't changed: Rhapsody Of Fire combine the Speed Metal of the early Helloween with a symphonic approach as we know it of classical, Italian composers. Turilli himself sees this brew in the tradition of big cinema composers and consequently calls this music Hollywood Metal. And since Christopher Lee has been standing at his side, this term is probably more fitting then ever.
