10.Between Life An Death
by Markus Eck (18.07.2008) Swedish singstress Jennie Tebler feels very close to deceased master of epic Quorthon and his unforgotten work. 2005, Tebler got some first publicity in the respective circles when she released her first single "Silverwing" which also includes a cover version of Bathory’s "Song to hall up high". 2006, she hired additional musicians, a second single followed - and here we have the debut album "Till death tear us part": ten very considerate compositions, all very emotional and versatile, pervaded by Tebler’s sensitive voice. These songs are an independent mixture of Dark, Gothic and Avantgarde Metal because this idiosyncratic quartet operates on the other side of the usual genre rules. If you fall for this album, you have a ticket: a trip to imagination and experience awaits you.
