„The Sorrow“ is yet another step further for the quartet - they surpass even their last two (good) albums. The effect of the 13 songs is also enhanced by the great production - very convincing arguments for the Metalcore aficionado!

by Peter Kupfer (20.09.2010) Everything went quick: debut recording, touring, second record, touring again and now the third record eventually. The same-titled of The Sorrow is ready and our enthusiasm knows no limits. To say beforehand: This record represents the consequent development of the previous albums. With 13 new songs the Austrians demonstrate in an impressive way why they were nominated as „shooting stars of Metal“. They have potential and combine Modern Metal and melodies with an ease that reminds us of the stars of American Metal heroes like Killswitch Engage. For the most part, the record is groove orientated and melodic. The brutal thrashing and riffing is still by all means present, it just sounds more comfortably played compared to “Origin of the storm“.
