β€œThe Masterplan” is an extraordinary collection of B-sides originally included on the singles of the first three Oasis albums β€œDefinitely Maybe” (1994), β€œ(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?” (1995) and β€œBe Here Now” (1997). Far from being inferior to the singles they backed, many of the 14 tracks that feature on β€œThe Masterplan” have become as cherished as the band’s biggest singles from this groundbreaking period.

The album includes tracks β€œAcquiesce”, β€œHalf The World Away”, β€œTalk Tonight”, the iconic live cover version of β€œI Am The Walrus” by The Beatles and the epic title track. Noel has often described β€œThe Masterplan” as one of the best songs he’s ever written.
