During the work on their last three albums, the idea of 'The Green Machine' began to develop, mature, and eventually lead its own life. In collaboration with the experienced producer Jörg Umbreit (In Extremo, Grave Digger, Die Toten Hosen), Fiddler's Green created a lively organism over the past 36 months in the seclusion of the renowned Principal Studios near Münster. This album presents Fiddler's Green from their most diverse and multifaceted side. Over the course of twelve songs, the band spans a stylistic range from their beloved high-energy party sound, to touching ballads and more pop-influenced tracks, all the way to driving mid-tempo rockers and even country- and western-influenced tracks that have not been heard from the Erlangen musicians before. '50 Shades of Green,' so to speak, in which Fiddler's Green combine plenty of energy with an unprecedented attention to detail and a high-proof storytelling.
