Wintersun are back with a bang! Their latest work, βThe Forest Seasonβ, was greatly inspired by Vivaldiβs βThe Four Seasonsβ. As you would expect from Wintersun, the sound is still predominantly melodic death metal, but it also has somewhat darker undertones. With its four colossal tracks, βThe Forest Seasonβ takes listeners on a journey through mystical and fantastical forests. The band did all the mixing and mastering themselves.
