by Ralf Koch (13.06.2008) Do you really have to leave your girlfriend to just focus on music? Tough choice - fortunately, nowadays not one for the Sabaton guys... By now, the Swedish band belongs to the most successful and popular Power Metal outfits of their home country. They can look back with pride on their sacrifices (maybe mistakes, too) and probably live in new and happy relationships anyway. The six-piece continues its tradition and chooses war as guiding theme on their fourth album "The art of war". They spice their hefty bombast Metal with the almost obligatory (at least in Scandinavia) Viking elements, terrific guitar soli and mighty vocals. Singer Joakim BrodΓ©n is simply a real character - his band mates even enhance this with their musical support. Everything else is solid Metal trade on top level, leaving a happy grin on the fan's face... Sabaton will perform at some of the biggest summer festivals this year!
