by Oliver Kube (12.07.2010) The supergroup, consisting of frontster Chad Gray and guitarero Greg Tribbett (both Mudvayne), ex-Nothingface-axe man Tom Maxwell, Damageplan’s bassist Bob Zilla plus drum legend Vinnie Paul (Pantera, Damageplan), has made a perfect choice re art work and title of heir second album. The quintet’s off to a relentless ride starting with the hefty, pumping opening track "Cowboy way", spiced with such a big helping of Southern Rock that you get the impression Zakk Wylde has left his Harley for a steamroller. And they even crank up power and speed on "Debt that all men pay"! You can relax a bit on "Hell of a time", still oozing that Southern spirit (Like Lynyrd Skynyrd after an injection of fresh Metal). The five stick to this style and somehow aggressive/relaxed atmosphere (no contradiction here!) -check out the crisp title track, mighty "Stand or walk alone", or the wonderful power ballad "Better man". Brilliant
