The re-release for the 30th anniversary of "Spreading the Disease" arrives as a 2 CD deluxe edition and includes lots of bonus material.

John Belladonna celebrates his debut on "Spreading the Disease" and shapes the typical sound of the fun thrashers with his clear singing. Due to its many hits, the album is one of the classics by Anthrax. This remastered deluxe version includes one bonus CD with unpublished material and Alex Milas' sleeve notes. The drummer Charlie Bennette mastered this treasure.
