12.Say Hello To My Little Friend
by Oliver Kube (21.09.2007) The Ska Punks from Riverside deliver their studio album No. 8. Which ain't no reason for them to slowly calm down. On the contrary: the opening, very fast, almost hectic "Exorcism" is a serious candidate for the title of the most energetic song in the whole history of the band. Also "Fire in the dancehall", "Morning air raid sirens" and "Dancing on your grave" gallop in fast pace with breathtakingly accurate breaks, only interrupted by bull-like Hardcore attacks. Still, there are relaxing breaks in between, too. The lurching "The ballard of froggy McNasty", provided with a great horn section, e.g., the cool grooving "Home is where the heart(ache) is" and the playful happy-mood-song with the gloomy title, "When the world stops turning". So, now breathe deeply for three or four times, let your heartbeat calm down a little and then press Play again!
