by Markus Eck (25.09.2007) "A new day" could already well establish these Finnish melancholics in 2006. Responsible for that was the unmistakable sense for a balanced mixture of Gothic Rock and Dark Metal. On their new, second song-collection, the emotional tears-quartet acts even a bit heavier and more energetic β without losing their unique, melancholic, hopeless component of their truly intense sound. In the midst of this subtle, aestethic whole, singer and guitarist, Mikko HeikkilΓ€ proves to be a true master in his section. He manages to refine the original Finnish Sinamore mixture with sovereign variety. Just like diversity seems to be the most important feature on "Seven sins a second". Sometimes, thrillingly rigid attacks of desperation of draconian pace and highly bacchanal sound visions can be heard right next to deep, black, romantic emotions. What remains is plenty of profound impressions.
