Fasten your seatbelts, please! What you are served in these 17 minutes, reaches beyond all Hardcore/Punk-borders. The incredibly tight songwriting lifts "Serenity" into unknown genre spheres and still remains down to earth - really HC-like. The snotty "Live the lie" is a killer from the first riff on blasting your brains within only 57 (!) seconds - an absolute killer. The following "A Rock'n'Roll song" is already much more melodic, so it can rather be called punk than hardcore. The cover version of "Runaway" (the original is a well known 50s/60s-song) nicely fits the albumand really rocks. As mentioned above, this album is only 17 minutes long - quite short if you ask me. But: the disc contains an additional enhanced part featuring a 20-minute live-gig, a picture and links of interesting Hardcore/Punk-web-pages. For me definitely one of THE albums of the year. Game, set and match for Blood For Blood!!! (Benny Ramm - July 2004)
