The Dutch Death Metal barrel didn't sound harder, faster and more brute before. The quartet cracks itself very old school through the material.

by Riccardo Manazza (17.10.2007) When the Dutch Death Metallers impressively returned tow years ago, they surprised many: they had never sounded heavier nor more variable. This trend is set forth on the new album. After the first listening sessions, I can only resume: the Dutch waltz never sounded heavier, faster and bruter. The quartet rocks very old school like through the nine songs that barely differ from each other. The four bang after the motto: fast double bass killing and sawing riffs combined with raw, bloody vocals. In between, you get short breaks giving the neck muscles some chance to relieve. Produced by Tue Madsen, the album contains all classic Death Metal-ingredients that you need. Highlighted has to be "A question of terror" with its classic Power Metal parts elegantly woven in. "Murder Brigade" is an angry low tuned skull splitter with a very high speed. Gorefest remains a name to have on your list!
