Excellent Service
Imperial State Electric are a band and not Nicke Anderson's solo project. This is obvious when you listen to the first single "Reptile Brain" which is sung by Dolg De Borst (ex-Datsuns). On the Kiss-inspired "Stay The Night" guitar player Tobias Egge gets to be the lead vocalist - and Paul Stanley couldn't have done it better in the 70's! Imperial State Electric play their 12 brand new tracks on "Reptile Brain Music" monolithically. Shot from the hip, the band cites their musical idols like Sweet or Alice Cooper without losing sight of that punk and rock'n'roll attitude.
