by Jürgen Tschamler (null) Ralf Scheppers' (Ex-Gamma Ray-Sänger) new baby is called Primal Fear. And....hm, let's start a different way..Judas Priest's new output "Jugulator" is pretty controversial. Too modern, toohart etc...oldfans are pretty mad. But all the "Painkiller" addicts will get their remedy with Primal Fear! After the short and simply "Primal Fear" entitled intro "Chainbreaker" starts. Believe me or not, the song is Judas Priest at his best days. The similarity to the megahymn "Painkiller" is astonishing. The following "Silver & gold" reminds of Gamma Ray. "Dollars" sounds like the Priest stuff. All in all the album is a classic cross-section of Gamma Ray and Judas Priest. Especially "Painkiller" fans will dig this album!
