by Jürgen Tschamler (22.02.2010) The Canadians present us with a tour edition of "Prevail" before their 2010 European tour kicks off. "Prevail" was and still is Kataklysm's masterpiece - and this revamped edition of that gem even tops it off. Apart from a new cover artwork, there's a new track, "Cross the line of redemption" (what a killer song - your neighbours will hate you! ), plus "The last effort", which had originally been an instrumental, with vocals. In adition to these tidbits, you'll get a lot of footage from European festival gigs: Belgian Graspop festival and German Summer Breeze festival (the latter being a tad better regarding quality and performance). This material impressively demonstrates the significance of the band in the Metal community. As extra goodies, the video clips for "Blood in heaven" and "Taking the world by storm" are also included to offer you the best possible entertainment. This tour edition is good value for your money indeed.
