The story of the success of 'Kings of Leon' is like none other. The brothers Nathan, Caleb and Jared Followill with their cousin Matthew Followill easily survived the insane hype occurring particularly in the UK, concerning their debut album "Youth & Young Manhood" in 2003. In the following years, the quartet did not only manage to get approval both from the crowd and the critics, but also to even improve their chart position with each album. Their fourth LP is called "Only By The Night" and has been recorded by long time producer Angelo Patraglia and by producer and engineer from Nashville, Jacquire King, who already mixed "Aha Shake Heartbreak" before. Caleb Followill comments on the first single of the new album and its promising title "Sex On Fire": "A certain 'sex element' has always been part of our music, so I thought I'll put all of it in one single song so we are done with it for the rest of the album."
