After their triumphant last tour it was only a question of time when this album would come out. With "One crimson night" the Swedes now present a great double-live album, recorded on 20.02.03 in the sold-out (4000 fans) Liesberghallen, Gothenburg in Sweden. Beside the regular gig featuring almost all the band's classics you get three additional bonus tracks ("The dragon lies bleeding", "Stronger than all", "A legend reborn") recorded live in South America. The 24-page-booklet is packed with super cool photographs from many shows around the globe. But back to the Sweden-show: the band performs extremely enthusiastic and the tracks are tight and burst with confidence. Of course, the killer tracks, such as "Steel meets steel", "Glory to the brave", "Stone cold", "The way of the warrior" or "Templars of steel" are the highlights of the album. Also the obligatory bass- and guitar-solos aren't missing, either. Fat sound, great atmosphere, metal classics and a playful band - what else would you need on a great live album?
