The only thing you can do is line up a band in order to distract yourself from that alleged boredom. Enter: Alexisonfire - being not that well known in Europe so far, they're seaonsed musicians over there all ready: "Old crows/ Young cardinals" is their fourth album in eight years. And the blokes offer us: slightly depressive Metal for a really rainy day hovering between Emo, Screamo, and Sleaze, spiced up with a dash of Alternative. The tracks mirror the frustration, aggression, and the nightmares of today's youngsters - plus a tiny hope for songs like "Sons of privilege", "Emerald street", "Midnight regulations" or "Heading for the sun". Let's leave them dreaming of the colourful scars they have on their hearts and forearms - with "Old crows/ Young cardinals", Alexisonfire deliver the adequate soundtrack for these moods...
