Re-issue of the Gorguts classic "Obscura". The Canadian technical death metal band 'Gorguts' executes a true fireworks display on their first album. Among 'Death', 'Suffocation', 'Cryptopsy' and 'Atheist' , 'Gorguts' are one of the most innovative and pioneering acts of technical death metal. Created in close collaboration with main man Luc Lemay, who also contributed to the liner notes, the output is devoted to the two deceased band members Steeve Hurdle (R.I.P. 2012) and Steve MacDonald (R.I.P. 2002). "Obscura" is released as a mid-price CD with fancy black disc and a 20 page booklet. 60 minutes running time.
