On the occasion of their 40th anniversary, Canadian progressive sci-fi metal innovators VOIVOD present their special anniversary release 'Morgöth Tales,' which features fresh studio (re) recordings of 9 specifically selected, not so obvious tracks from the band's excellent and extremely diverse back catalog (between 1984 and 2003), as well as a brand new song in the title track of the Album, 'Morgöth Tales.' 'Morgöth Tales' also features special guest appearances by former VOIVOD members Eric 'E-Force' Forrest (E-Force, vocals on 'Rise') and Jason 'Jason' Newsted (ex-Metallica / Flotsam And Jetsam, bass on 'Rebel Robot'). 'Morgöth Tales' is the successor to VOIVOD's 15th (!) highly acclaimed and Juno Award-nominated studio Album, 'Synchro Anarchy' (2022), which reached the 7th position in the official Album sales charts in Germany.
