Anniversary! For 25 years Germany's leading gothic metal band 'Crematory' has delighted their massive following throughout the world. Twelve studio albums have been released since their formation in 1991 and additionally there are many live records, singles, EP's and compilations. A great balance which is now reaching a new musical high with the thirteenth studio record 'Monument'. The current album will be published worldwide on 15.April 2016 with Steamhammer/SPV as a digipak and 2LP and unmistakeably marks the return of the group from Mannheim to metal heaviness. Distinctly stronger than on their predecessor Antiserum (2014) violent guitar riffs and brutal drum grooves build the forceful base of the 12 songs on 'Monument', studded with dark keyboard hooks and a mix of growls and clear vocals, like always partly in English, partly in German. Fans of the band will be delighted with this dynamic release.
