by Oliver Kube (29.01.2009) True Jørn Lande fans already know what to expect on this live DVD. After all, the headlining performance of the Norwegian voice wizard at "ProgPower USA VII" festival 2006 in Atlanta was already released as a double CD und the same name. But this shouldn’t spoil the fun at all - Lande’s line-up on that occasion (among others, Pagan’s Mind guitarist Jørn Viggo Lofstad) strutted their stuff, and not only to listen, but to see that, too, doesn’t change the fact. Maybe it even deepens the impression: especially, if you can observe drummer Willy Bendiksen (Company Of Snakes, Ronni Le Tekrø) at work! The setlist is 85 minutes long and includes as well classy own compositions as energetic cover versions of Thin Lizzy ("Cold sweat"), Deep Purple ("Perfect strangers") and a Whitesnake medley - the respective footage is adequate, but not sensationally unique, and they really should have skipped the black-and-white shenanigans. No bonus material.
