This has been one of the biggest success stories of the last few years: When the Kraftklub debut "Mit K" moved up to number one in the German charts in January 2012, the band reached the temporary climax of a young and very special career. Subsequently, Kraftklub toured amongst others through Columbia and filled larger and larger halls and "Mit K" was honoured with platinum. A little wonder: Kraftklub addresses listeners of every generation by using unique styles combined with upbeat indie beats, up tempo riffs and funny thoughtful texts which reflect a whole generation. Kraftklub is a band for everyone - nevertheless, they are unique - and no German band was able to do this since the 80s. After that, the band became more quiet. Still, they were everything but idle: Felix Kummer and Co. recorded their second album during the past few months. "In Schwarz" will be released on 12 September and brings the typical Kraftklub sound to another level.
