On their debut album "I/[Time]" the sound of the British band 'Vly' is a blend of progressive rock, classic rock, folk, pop, post-rock and electronic music. The guitar player and the bass player, Karl Demata and Chris Heilmann, were members of 'Crippled Black Phoenix'. Singer Keith Gladysz is a member of the New York band 'Diet Kong'. The keyboardist Elisa Montaldo is the driving force in the Italian retro prog band 'Il Tempio Delle Clessidre'. And drummer Mattias Olsson was beating his instruments for 'Anglagard' in the past.
