The Finnish quintet around vocalist, Vesa Virtanen again present themselves from their most beautiful side. And as it has to be for such five technically very skilful representatives from this part of the earth, also "Ghost reborn" doesn't run short with numerous string arts. On the contrary, guitarist Carl-Johan Gustafsson, a true master, lets his plectrum run over the six strings with extremely convincing surety. Twilight Guardians don't aim for the commercial side of Finnish music, their work is meant for the music lovers among the fans of such genres. Because while others go for sugary and soon tiring singalong melodies, these sentinels rather convince with sophisticated scores and surprising structures. In times, the organ of ivory tinkler, Jari Pailamo, even resounds in a cult-like 70s-way.
