Singer Nathan and bass-player Matthew Leone are brothers who not only participated in the nauseating show, "Fear Factor", but even won it. The 50,000 Dollars profit was immediately invested in new equipment and a tour bus. Meanwhile, they were signed by Roadrunner Records and now release their debut album. Of course, this story is a good anchor but if you think that Madina Lake have little musical substance, you are proven wrong. The quartet nicely settled in a niche between Pop, Punk and a bit of Emo, presents their songs with catchy refrains as well as groove, Rock and drive and should have no problems finding an audience. In times, the guys remind me of 30 Seconds To Mars. Madina Lake manages the difficult split between catchiness and demand without problems and thus have all prerequisites for a bright future.
