On seven albums, Danko Jones made his own special mark on Rock’n’Roll music. Danko's influences range from Blues to garage Rock from the 60's, 70's Hard Rock, Power Pop, Hardcore of the 80's, Indie Rock and Scandinavian Metal from the 90's to a good portion of humour as stand-up comedian. And still they can't completely define what makes the band around its charismatic front man what it is. Although all his albums are based on the said pillars, they differ in terms of the individual characteristic of their sound and attitude. On the album ‘Fire Music’ produced by Eric Ratz (Billy Talent, Monstertruck, Metric), the power trio shows again all attributes that are typical for a Danko Jones album. These 11 songs are even harder, hardier and more compact than everything Danko has tackled so far - they are "Fire Music"!
