by Jürgen Tschamler (29.03.2007) The album title could refer to the studio output of the Finnish Power-Metallers. Fact is, Thunderstone took part in the Finnish predecision for the Eurovision Song Contest - ending with second place! Stylistically, Thunderstone have stuck to their roots, only the guitars have increased in heaviness a bit which makes the old comparisons with Stratovaious appear even more dated. After a short intro, already "Forevermore" surprises with unusually heavy rhythms. Towards the end of the song, the tempo is even increased! Sovereign opener, no doubt. The following "Roots of anger" kicks even more. And also the third song in a row, "10000 Ways", convinces with a great melody and great riffs - just like the rest of the album. Despite the increased heaviness, the Finns remain with most of their trademarks. Great melodies, the unmistakable vocals of Pasi Rantanen and sparse but effective keyboards.
