by Michael Hilscher (null) After "Chakra:Red" Pitchfork turn towards electro again. There's some material for discos on "Eon:Eon" like "Carnival", "Steelrose", "Resist" and "Rescue" and the rest of the pieces tend towards the mid-tempo/ballad section. Although the album is not as experimental as the predecessor it doesn't lack variation. The pieces develop in a very interesting way and catchy melodies like on "Haunted" eat into your brain. Nevertheless the album isn't just something for the lunchbreak. You have to take your time with "Eon:Eon" since then it will enchant you and won't let you go anymore. "Pitches" will be fascinated and those who didn't like "Chakra:Red" can also go ahead and buy this stomper!
