Already the opener "793 (The battle of lindisfarne)" provides you with a 16 minutes-climax. A dark, hymn-like song which you can't get out of your mind since it just sounds so great. As far as the rest of the CD is concerned every riff is in the exact right place, every keyboard part fits, everything seems well arranged and thought-through. "Eld" is already one of the most important black metal releases of all times and worth every penny of the money.
