12.When The Shit Hits The Fan
by Jürgen Tschamler (11.07.2006) Founding member in Chrome Division is no less than Dimmu Borgir singer, Shagrath, here responsible for the guitar, by the way, who gathered some friends around him: Luna (bass) of Ashes To Ashes is in the line up as well as Eddie Guz of The Carburetors, whose voice often reminds me of Lemmy of Motörhead. Musically, Chrome Division let the Motörhead-orientated Rock'n'Roll-leg swing with a power that blows you away. After a short intro, "Serial killer“ comes out of the speakers like a tornado - what a killer! Also in "Hate", they don't wait too long and kick off in highest pace - Lemmy sends his greetings. Raw, rumbling, powerful and very down-to-earth, Chrome Division go rocking through the Rock'n'Roll-cosmos. The grooving Rock'n'Roll comes across extremely energetic and the band acts very enthusiastic. Of course, they don't set any new musical accents, but Chrome Division manage to convince from the first second on.
