Hard to believe but it's true! 7 years after the last sign of life of Edge Of Sanity, Dan SwanΓΆ offers a new longplayer! And it was worth the wait. Like "Crimson" (part 1), also the continuation consists of only one single 40-minute song representing all facets of our beloved heavy metal. Enormously variable, technically perfect and bursting with great melodies, this album at no time becomes strenuous. On the contrary: it's highly addictive and should absolutely satisfy every death metaller who likes it demanding but not too sophisticated. The tiny citations of the first part of "Crimson" only make this album more sympathetic. A glorious album by this Swedish death metal legend! (Andreas Reissnauer - 03/10)
