Correspondingly homogenous is the result and it's surprising how many potential hits come out of this. Beginning with the thrilling “Atemlos“ or the relatively straight “Macht“ - the musical creativity is enormously and goes hand in hand with the innovative and demanding lyrics. They experiment, sometimes appear poppy (“Paradigma“), technoid (“Opferzeit“) or beautifully morbid (“Schwarzes Gift“). Das Ich have their own, unique sound and still manage to redefine themselves again and again surprising with an amount of ideas and great songs. “Cabaret“ is also being released as a limited version including the remix cd, “Varieté“, as well as the dvd, “Panopticum“.
