"Bloodstained endurance" is the sixth album by this Gothic Metal combo - and once again, singer and band founder Ronny Thorsen engages in exciting vocal duels with his female counterpart Cathrine Paulsen. They crank uop the heaviness once more, adding depth and a wider stylistic range to their sound. "Bloodstained endurance" features all of the Trail Of Tears- trademarks and is a perfect combination of their rough Gothic Metal past with their versatile and modern presence. A multi-faceted album, with wonderful melodies and classy musicians who aren't short of ideas and imagination. The producer, Terje Refsnes (Sirenia, Tristania u. v. m.) has been working with the band since "A new dimension of might" and always lets them shine. Nothing left to be desired here - brilliant.
