We don't know how that very night ended, but the heir of these guys is something to show off. Fifteen records have been released by these cult figures and correspondingly plenty of hits that can be called timeless and that are still being sung along by thirsty throats with the same passion. The given anniversary surprise now is a collection of fifteen newly recorded evergreens from the Thrash icons. And if you got by your hangover early enough and didn't spend your last money for beer, you could be lucky to snatch the limited Digipack. On the boozy bonus CD "A tribute to Tankard", eighteen famous bands cover the classics of Gerre and his companions – including Sacred Steel, Paradox and Paragon. Now that's a good reason to party….
