The pioneering 1968 album ‘Beggars Banquet’ by the Rolling Stones is re-released to celebrate their 50th anniversary as a limited-edition vinyl boxset. In addition to the re-mastered album, this vinyl box also comes with a 12-inch of the single ‘Sympathy For The Devil’ in mono cut, a flexi disc with a telephone interview with Mick Jagger from 1968, a download code for the album and interview, and much more.
Originally released on 6 December 1968, ‘Beggars Banquet’ was the group’s final release while Brian Jones was still alive and the first with producer Jimmy Miller. In addition to ‘Sympathy For The Devil’, other key tracks include the singles ‘Street Fighting Man’, ‘No Expectations’ and ‘Factory Girl’.
