by Lisa Hofer (08.01.2008) 2007 was a very successful year for the founders of German, Medieval Rock: Subway To Sally. Their ninth studio album, "Bastard" convinced with the full load of emotion, energy and creativity and is still on heavy rotation in my stereo. This great album will still keep us busy when the coldness has reached its maximum and makes way for the spring because the catchy single, "Auf Kiel" feeds the fire of the seven musicians. With the strangely touching song, "Stimmen", a song that didn't make it onto "Bastard", the single furthermore features a true gem. "Auf Kiel" will be sent into deep waters for with this song, the band will participate in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2008 for their state, Brandenburg. Not only there, Eric Fish and his fellows will score with the emotional ear candy.
