by Markus Wosgien (29.09.2006) Eisbrecher frontman Alexx Wesselsky is one of the greatest entertainers in German Rock music. With Megaherz he recorded some classics and two years ago he started the provoking Eisbrecher project, further revealing his genius. "Antikörper" is another collection of brilliant ideas full of variation and without any borders. Metal and electronic sounds are being combined as if these two counterpoles had never been apart. The album was preceded by the first two singles, "Vergißmeinnicht" and "Leider", in order to bring the nation into the right vibe. Now, the second serve should be hitting the people instantly and it should only be a matter of time until Eisbrecher have become the new heroes of the nation. In songs such as the slightly Gothic orientated "Ohne dich", or the industrial rocker "Antikörper", every heart beats higher, and very soon you'll be addicted. I am a bit reminded by the hysteria that Rammstein caused some years ago with "Herzeleid".
