MASTER'S CALL is a Heavy Metal band from the Black Country, Great Britain - the birthplace of Heavy Metal itself - that is blackened by death metal. Their debut EP titled 'Morbid Black Trinity' was released in 2019 and has been well-received by the press and metal community worldwide. After overcoming various obstacles and lineup changes during the pandemic, the lengthy work on their debut album 'A Journey For The Damned' has finally been completed. 'It has been a damn long journey with many obstacles to overcome, but for us, it feels great to finally reach the end and have everything captured and sealed in time,' says guitarist Dave Powell. MASTER'S CALL impress with a dark blend of everything extreme, but with melodies and straightforward, recognizable songs that can essentially be described as black anthems. 'We are an extreme metal band that reflects on its roots and incorporates them into our 'Heavy Metal blackened by death' message,' explains Dave. For the final mix and mastering, the band went to Germany and worked with Kristian 'Kohle' Bonifer at his 'Kohlekeller Studios,' who is known for his work with bands like POWERWOLF, as well as extreme bands like ABORTED, SINISTER, and AGATHODAIMON.
