Be that as it may - once you have listened to their intense, pulsating version of Melodic Death Black Metal, you know the meaning of "real passion". And their new album "12 Gauge" is yet another epitome of said passion, brimming with smashing songs, catchy instrumentations, awesome melodies and creating an emotional, exciting atmosphere.This fifth longplayer by the technically versatile, skilled band reveals that Kalmah, underneath all that overwhelming, hefty sound, have a heart for Thrash attacks and Hard Rock nuances. So, this is still a great mixture, with the keyboard parts topping off another brilliant work by this combo.
