In an Altair-net universe, we’d still be donned in chainmail and riding horseback, like Assassin’s Creed’s characters, including Altair (hence the very bad pun at the start of this sentence). While we’ve swapped horseback for hatchbacks and actual armour for Under Armour, you can still bring a touch of Altair to your attire thanks to our Assassin’s Creed hoodies…

The Assassin's Creed series depicts a fictional millennia-old struggle between the Assassins, who fight for peace with free will, and the Templars, who desire peace through order and control. The series merges elements of historical fiction, science fiction, folklore and fictional characters with real-world historical events and figures. Taking on the role of an assassin, players have freedom to explore the historical settings as they finish main and side quests, utilising an ever-expanding set of skills and gameplay features.

The first game came out in 2007 and there have been steady sequels, spin-offs and other pop culture tie ins since. The Assassin’s Creed universe, as a result, has become a dominant presence in popular culture, rivalling the likes of Grand Theft Auto and established franchises. The games have proven to be commercially successful too, selling over 155 million copies as of 2020, becoming Ubisoft's best-selling franchise. Assassin’s Creed might fictionalise history, but in real life history, it’s become one of the highest selling video game franchises of all time.

On those rare days where you can unplug yourself from the world of Assassin’s Creed, you don’t need to completely go cold turkey. With an Assassin’s Creed hoodie, you can still keep your obsession close to your chest. Quite literally. When it comes to picking which Assassin’s Creed hoodie to wear, you’ve got plenty of options. There’s one with the classic Hammer & Symbol logo, frequently seen throughout the games and immediately identifiable to any true fan. Then there’s the Valhalla inspired designs, taken from the most recent chapter in the game series which took the action to the Viking days. Whichever design feels right for you, EMP is proud to offer a range of inclusive sizes.

It’s not just sizes and styles for every Assassin’s Creed fan we’re proud of, EMP have a range of exclusive hoodies. These are items you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Try as you might – hunt, stalk, scale walls, bump people off – the only way to get hold of them is directly from us. You could say, they’re to kill for.
