How do I get hold of my Bonus Points?

It's easy! Bonus Points are automatically credited to your customer account with each purchase you make, and can be redeemed after a period of 28 days. The reason we ask you to wait 28 days is that you could, in theory, return items to us during this period. Points are available for all items which you keep; this goes without saying!

How many points will I receive?

As a new customer you start on Level A and receive 3 points for every Pound you spend with us. As soon as you have spent a total of more than £150 on all orders, you automatically progress to Level B and receive 5 points per £ for all (!) subsequent orders. After having spent a total of £400 or more, you progress to Level C and receive 7 points per euro on each order (!) thereafter (see table on the right).

And, best of all: If you have already made purchases with us you may already be on Level B or C! How fantastic is that? This is because we have calculated all your orders which you´ve done since the start of EMP Mailorder UK Ltd. and already assigned you to the appropriate Bonus Level!

Which items can I pay for with my points?

You have the choice of any item in our range. At present, there are more than 15,000 items!

How do I redeem my points?

As soon as you have enough points for the item you want, simply add this product to your next order. At your request, we then use your points as payment! As usual, you can place your order on our website, by phone or by postcard, whatever is easiest for you! Each redeemed point is worth £0.01, which means, for example, that for 999 points you can choose an item priced at £9.99. The cool thing is that you have a whole 24 months to use the points you have earned!

Where can I check the status of my points?

As a registered online customer, you can find out which Bonus Level you are on, as well as the status of your points, at www.emp.co.uk by clicking on "My Account". Alternatively you can call us on 0844 557 9641 if you have any questions.
