Badges & Pins

Badges have had a long history: They have been around since the 1940s - at that time a large manufacturer of breakfast cereal introduced them in order to retain their customers. After a few years, however, interest decreased again, and the badge never established itself as a separate trend.

In the 1980s, the little gimmick was rediscovered in order to deliver short political or witty statements to the world: visible to everyone and instantly recognizable to initiates. From then on, countless shapes and designs were pinned on jackets, satchels, backpacks, pants, caps and other items of clothing. Collectors set up exchanges and scoured local junk stalls in search of a new, unique pin. In the EMP Badge Shop there are modern badges as well as real classics, so that your favourites can be worn on your clothes with proper style!

Countless shapes and colours for today's fan!

The classic badge was small, round and often so simple that you could make one yourself. In addition to the classic round badges, we also have extravagant special designs for discerning fans: for example in the form of band logos.

If you like things a little more futuristic and are a fan of the cult characters from the Star Wars universe, you can use badges as a symbol of the fight against the dark side and the Emperor Darth Vader. Of course there are also badges for the followers of the elite, who are in constant battle against the rebels.

No collection is complete without badges from the EMP fanshop!

Showing colour has always been important when it comes to iconic badges. Friends of the Wizards from the magic universe in England - Ron, Hermine and Harry Potter - can choose the right accessory for their preferred house from the Hogwarts magic school. The Harry Potter saga is well represented with high-quality metal badges in the EMP online shop. For those whom the competing Hogwarts houses are not the only important thing in the magical books, there are also other badges with different logos from the wizarding world.

Speaking of power. If the world of magic from the JK Rowling's saga doesn’t appeal so much that you want to adorn yourself with its symbols, you may be better off with Game Of Thrones merchandise. If you want to feel like the hand of the king or the mother of dragons - there are matching badges in the EMP fan product shop. Westeros is not limited to the Stark house and the Lannister family clan, there are numerous other houses that can be recognized with a suitable badge.

But it's not just people who compete with each other here. Dangers lurk behind the wall in the north where the King of the White Walkers is a special figure who has only lived in legends. With a badge from the EMP online shop, friends of this mysterious character can identify themselves as followers of the night king of the north and at the same time as fans of the series.
